4. Google Ads Data Access and Usage

When you connect your Google Ads account, we access your advertising data through Google's official Ads API using OAuth 2.0 authentication. This connection is established through a secure authorization flow where you explicitly grant Fillipa permission to access your account data.

Data We Obtain:

  • Campaign structures, names, statuses, and budget settings

  • Ad group configurations and targeting settings

  • Keywords, search terms, and negative keywords

  • Ad creative content (headlines, descriptions, URLs)

  • Performance metrics (impressions, clicks, conversions, costs, CTR, CPC, ROAS)

  • Quality Scores and ad relevance metrics

  • Geographic and demographic performance data

  • Device and platform performance breakdowns

How We Use This Data:

  • Generate AI-powered optimization suggestions to improve campaign performance

  • Identify underperforming keywords and ad groups

  • Recommend budget adjustments and bid optimizations

  • Analyze competitor positioning and market opportunities

  • Provide actionable insights through our dashboard and reports

  • Calculate your campaign health score and identify improvement areas

We do not sell, rent, or share your Google Ads data with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is stored securely with encryption at rest and in transit. You can revoke our access at any time through your Google Account settings (myaccount.google.com) or by disconnecting your account in Fillipa settings.

5. AI and Machine Learning

Our platform uses artificial intelligence to analyze your campaign data and generate optimization suggestions. Specifically, we use OpenAI's API to evaluate your campaign performance scores and provide improvement recommendations. When processing your data through OpenAI's API:

  • Your campaign metrics and ad content are sent to OpenAI for analysis

  • OpenAI processes this data to generate optimization suggestions and campaign health scores

  • We do not use your data to train any AI models - data is processed solely for providing you with insights

  • OpenAI's data handling is governed by their enterprise data processing terms

Your Google Ads data is not used to train external AI models outside of your own account on our platform, either by Fillipa or any third-party service providers.

6. Google User Data - Limited Use Disclosure

Fillipa's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We limit our use of Google user data to providing or improving user-facing features that are prominent in our user interface. Specifically, we use your Google Ads data solely to:

  • Display your campaign performance metrics in our dashboard

  • Generate optimization suggestions to improve your advertising results

  • Calculate campaign health scores and identify improvement areas

  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations

We do NOT use Google user data for any of the following prohibited purposes:

  • Targeted advertising, personalized advertisements, retargeted advertisements, or interest-based advertisements

  • Selling data to data brokers or information resellers

  • Determining credit-worthiness or for lending purposes

  • Creating databases for purposes unrelated to providing our services to you

  • Training external AI models or machine learning systems

  • Any other use that is not directly related to providing or improving user-facing features of Fillipa

We do not allow humans to read your Google user data unless: (a) we have your explicit consent, (b) it is necessary for security purposes (such as investigating a bug or abuse), (c) it is necessary to comply with applicable law, or (d) our use is limited to internal operations and the data has been aggregated and anonymized.
